Why Work for Us? Here’s Why!

Let’s just say, we are in a Class of our Own! We are a well-recognized premier restaurant in the region. The Coyote Grill is owned and operated by Chef Sean Stout and Nate Peterson. We are impressing our loyal customers and guests with unique, creative and delicious cuisine for over 21 years! We take pride in using only the freshest local ingredients and we’re never satisfied with the plain or ordinary. Call it "creative, American cuisine" or simply "delicious," we prepare food like no other! We couldn’t do it without our amazing team here at the Coyote and we have room for one more – YOU!

When people are finished skiing, hiking, biking or running in our beautiful year-round resort town, they arrive with a hungry belly growling for our signature entrees, specials, salads, drinks and more and we don’t disappoint!
